How to Request Deletion

• Use the subject line: Delete My User Data

• Please send your request from the email address linked to your hūmNET account.

What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and will delete your account and data within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you. Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 45 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
